Q: When do Sunday services begin?
A: Sunday services begin at 9:15 AM and last until approximately 10:30.
Q: What happens when I get to church?
A: When you enter the church, you will be welcomed by a greeter and invited to complete a visitor sign-in sheet. You'll find our Sunday Order of Service on the front table, along with hymn books and other information about our church. Please make yourself at home. Restrooms are located in the hallway next to the kitchen. Please help yourself to a cup of coffee or tea before the service begins.
Q: What generally happens during a service?
A: Our services contain music, a children's story, the singing of hymns, readings, and a sermon.
During the service, the Service Leader will ask if any visitors are present. At this time, if you feel comfortable, you are
invited to stand up or raise your hand, but please do not feel obligated to do so.
Q: What happens after a service?
A: We hope that you will stay for our "Coffee & Conversation" time following the service. You can enjoy coffee, tea, refreshments, and conversation. We'd love to meet you and get to know you.
Q: What do children do during services?
A: We offer nursery care for infants and children up to age 3 or 4, and you are welcome to take small children to the nursery room before the service begins. Some parents prefer to wait to take small children to the nursery until after the children's story has been read and when the congregation sings all the children to their Religious Education classes. Some parents prefer to keep small children with them throughout the entire service. Please choose what you feel would be most comfortable for you and your child.
Older children (ages 4 and up) remain in the church with parents until after the children's story. The congregation "sings them out" to their Religious Education classes. RE teachers take children to the gymnasium located next to the Byron Colby Barn for classes, but you are welcome to escort your child(ren) to RE classes as well.

Q: How should I dress for Sunday services?
A: Most members dress casually but nicely, others get dressed up. Wear what seems comfortable for you.
