No matter what we do life shows up around us and in a moment changes circumstances. What do we do knowing in the real world, we have no control over what comes our way - we only have control over what we do with it when it shows up.

Lou (she/her), a resident of Woodstock, Ill, is a certified Organization and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSCC) who owns her own coaching and consulting firm. She provides leadership development for corporate environments, individuals, and small government groups. Lou is also a long-time advocate for marginalized communities and believes that as a deacon, she is called to "be with" those left out of the social order. In 2014, she walked from Rockford, Ill to Washington, DC, listening to the hearts of people in small town and rural areas, an experience that transformed her.
