Our wonderful and amazing nervous system has evolved over the course of time, and it continues to evolve to this day. However, certain aspects of the way we live in present day society has caused trauma, which leads to imbalances in our nervous system. Some of these traumas are from our direct experience, and some of these traumas are handed down through the generations. What stories have caused these imbalances, and what stories and practices are available to us to help us restore balance to our nervous system? Sean will explore what it feels like to find balance within our nervous system and how that expands to the world we interact with in the present.
